What is nozzle size and how do I know what size I need?

PWP Sales Associates are happy to assist you with calculating your nozzle size, otherwise we do offer a nozzle calculator here: Spray Nozzle Calculator

My pressure washer lost pressure. What do I do?

Most commonly a loss of pressure indicates the check valves in the pump needing cleaning or replacing, problems with the unloader valve, or issues with the nozzle such as being clogged, needing replacing, or using wrong size nozzle for your machine. First we recommend checking your nozzle to make sure that it is not clogged or damaged and make sure you are using the correct size for your machine (see our nozzle calculator for assistance on determining your correct nozzle size.) If the issue doesn’t appear to be from the nozzle, next we recommend you take out your check valves to clean out any debris and inspect for wear and tear or damage to see if they need to be replaced. Lastly, you should inspect your unloader valve for damage and make sure it is set correctly per your manufacturer instructions. If none of the above steps correct the issue we generally recommend starting with replacing your check valves to see if that corrects the issue.

My pump is leaking oil. What do I do?

Many of our part breakdowns and repair kits are available on the website and listed underneath the pump they correspond to, but if you are having trouble finding the parts needed please contact one of our PWP Sales Associates and we will be happy to help you find the correct repair kit.
