General Pump, along with parent company Interpump Group S.R.L., has been developing advanced plunger pumps and related parts and accessories since 1982. General Pump products are well known in the high pressure cleaning industry, and they have expanded into vehicle washing and additional industrial applications such as hydro-excavation, sewer jetting, energy and mining applications, misting, and many more.
General Pump balances technology, engineering, and stellar customer service. Their in-house design team works to engineer, design, and create prototypes based on specific consumer needs and applications. General Pump uses 3D CAD modeling and ANSYS fluid and stress analysis software when creating their products. Their quality products are backed up by superior industry knowledge and decades of expertise.
General Pump manufactures many of the most popular trapped-pressure and flow-actuated unloader valves in the pressure cleaning industry including the Pulsar series of blue spring unloaders. This series includes the widely used PULSAR4HP unloader with all 3/8 in female ports and no knob, the PULSAR4KHP with a knob, the PULSAR4HPSM with stainless steel inlet and discharge fittings, and the PULSAR4KHPMS integrated microswitch unloader valve. Another recognized valve from General Pump is the YU21405 green spring unloader, the industry standard valve for large capacity pumps such as the 66 Series TSF models. YVB Series unloader valves offer direct-mount options while the ZK7 series are the flow-actuated unloaders of choice for many pressure cleaning professionals.
