Out of Stock Items & Back Orders
With such a large selection, we cannot guarantee that all the items listed on our website are in stock at the time of your purchase. If you would like to check stock before ordering, please reach out to us via email, chat, or phone and we’d be happy to check for you.
In the event the item you ordered is out of stock and will take more than 7 days to arrive to our warehouse, we will call or email you about the delay. Please note that while we try to give as accurate of timeframes as possible, we cannot control, and are not responsible for, any delays caused by our vendors or product manufacturers.
Payments and Shipping
Payment must be made at the time of purchase via credit or debit card, or pre-arranged with one of our associates for check by mail, ACH payments, or wire transfer. C.O.D.s are not accepted and orders will not be shipped until payment is received.
At this time, we only offer our discounted flat-rate shipping to the United States and Canada, but we are happy to ship to other countries upon request. If you are outside the US & Canada, please contact us for shipping options and estimates. We are always happy to use your UPS Acct # as well!
For our discounted flat-rate shipping, we offer $7.95 Ground Shipping within the Continental US (lower 48 states) and $19.95 Ground Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Smaller packages will be shipped via USPS Mail, while larger packages, or packages with items unable to go mail, will be shipped via UPS Ground. You will receive an email with your tracking information the next business day after your order ships. If you do not see this email, please check your spam or junk mail folders.
For special circumstances such as large freight orders or freight orders requiring residential lift gates, additional shipping fees may apply. In those cases, you will be contacted by one of our associates.
Expedited shipping is available through UPS at an additional cost. Please contact us for shipping estimates or place an inquiry online and we will reach out to you with your shipping estimate.
Pressure-Washer-Parts.com is not responsible for delays in shipping once the package leaves our facility. We do our best to give accurate estimates on shipping timeframes but unfortunately cannot plan for unexpected delays such as weather, accidents, lost packages, etc.
Returns
We all make mistakes. You may have ordered the wrong part, or we may have shipped the wrong part in error. Or you may discover it is simply not needed once you start your repair work. Regardless, please contact us within 90 days of purchase if you have a product you’d like to return and we will discuss the options available.
We try to be as flexible and fair with our return policy as possible as our ultimate goal is to make sure our customers are taken care of and have the right parts to keep their machines and businesses in operation. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are ordering the correct part for their machine. Many of our items have additional breakdowns, parts lists, and manufacturer information to help you select the parts needed. Most of this information is available on our website. If you have any questions or need help selecting the right part, please don’t hesitate to ask – we are happy to help!
If you suspect an item is defective, please contact us first to see if there are any troubleshooting steps we can provide to help with the correct installation and usage of the product before determining if it indeed is defective.
For all returns that are not due to any sort of defect or shipping error, the item(s) must be returned in new and unused condition within 90 days of purchase. For these types of returns you will be responsible for return shipping, and the original shipping fee of $7.95 as well as a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Warranty Claims
Pressure-Washer-Parts.com does not warranty any of the parts sold on our website. All warranties are provided by the original manufacturer and vary based on product type and brand. Products returned for warranty consideration will be sent to the manufacturer for evaluation. If it is determined to be a warrantable issue, the manufacturer will replace or repair the defective item and send it back to you.
Because we do not warranty the products ourselves, we have no control over the timeframe it takes for a manufacturer to complete the warranty process and are not responsible for any delays regarding the warranty process.
All warranty claims require and RMA or RGA number, so if you are needing to submit a warranty claim please reach out to us via email, chat, or phone to get the process started.
Legal Waiver
Pressure-Washer-Parts.com is not responsible for any damage or loss of income caused by shipping delays, errors in shipment, or installation or use of products.
Privacy and Information Practices
Pressure-Washer-Parts.com takes customer privacy very seriously, and only collects information provided when you place an order for our products, create a member account, or fill out contact forms. Information collected through these methods include: name, email address, billing & mailing address, phone number, and/or credit card information. Please note: We use Authorize.net for our card processor and do not store any credit card information after purchase. Any information collected from you while using our website may be used to: personalize your experience on our site, improve our website, improve customer service, or to process transactions.
