RIPSAW HD Series hydro excavation nozzles from Hydra-Flex shoot a straight 0° water stream up to 3200 PSI, while rotating to give an 18° coverage cone. Engineering and assembled in the United States with a stainless steel casing and a tungsten carbide nozzle and seat, these nozzles are heavy duty and able to endure harsh environments for long term use. RIPSAW nozzles have a larger 1/2 in female threaded inlet for connection to larger pressure washer lances and trigger guns. Repair kits are available for these high impact nozzles for a lower operating cost and extended life.

RIPSAW hydro excavation nozzle users are protected by a non-conductive urethane coating on the nozzle body. Blue RIPSAW nozzles have a traditional coating while green RIPSAW HD nozzles have heavy duty coating. RIPSAW hydro excavation nozzles work faster for a higher convenience, and even the smaller nozzle sizes utilize the same impact as nozzles with higher GPM flow rates.
