PWP carries a handful of pumps for use in CNC high pressure cooling systems such as Haas, Cooljet, ChipBLASTER, and MP Systems.

This particular XWF30.20N/XWF30.18N pump is made in Italy by Annovi Reverberi, and distributed in the United States through AR North America. Like other high quality pumps in the XW series this pump is precision engineered and manufactured for a long life of regular use. Please note that AR North America uses these two labels, XWF30.20N and XWF30.18N, interchangeably so when purchasing this pump you may receive one labeled either way. For extra assurance, you can always confirm if your pump is the XWF30.20N or XWF30.18N by ensuring the stamp code on the central cooling fin ends with "SX".

The Model 2106 that major CNC brands use is a slightly modified version of this XWF30.20N. To our knowledge the brass manifold, check valves, and entire crankcase including ceramic plungers are authentic AR parts, however, the Model 2106 does not use the factory packing seals or brass guides but rather swaps them out their own proprietary designed piston guides and packing seals.

After discussing in depth with several techs, we have discovered that these converted pumps can easily be restored to their AR factory original design by using AR kit #s 42707 (piston guides) and kit 42708 (water seals). Both are available from this page. We have many customers successfully using this factory original conversion to replace the seals on CNC pumps that are no longer under warranty, as well as successfully using these factory original pumps as replacements on their CNC machines.
